Finding happiness can be challenging if you cannot attain inner peace.
When you move away from dieting and towards healing, you can learn to enjoy life again.
The Sweet Spot Nutrition Method
Intuitive eating is more than just eating what you want when you want…
The Sweet Spot Nutrition Method is an intuitive eating-based program that combines reflection with 1:1 counseling to provide a comprehensive approach to well-being and nutrition coaching.
The program includes:
Two 60 minute introductory calls
Follow up 45-minute individualized counseling sessions and reflective journal prompts, worksheets, and correspondence with Abbey through HIPPA-protected messaging. Follow up sessions are paced based on individual needs.
Key takeaways from the program:
The Sweet Spot Nutrition Method is a non-weight-centric approach to thoughtful and supportive nutrition care
Appropriate for all genders and those who are ready to find food neutrality
Appropriate for those that may have conditions such as diabetes, high blood, or digestive issues
It reconnects your mind and body
Allows you to explore your beliefs, behaviors, and body cues
Rejects diet culture and provides you the skills to move away from dysfunctional behaviors
Focuses on overall health rather than just weight loss
Guides you to rebuild a caring relationship with yourself to allow for self-compassion, informed nutrition decisions, and to have the freedom to enjoy all foods without guilt, fear, and shame.

A registered dietitian is required to graduate from an accredited nutrition program, complete a minimum of 900 hours of post-grad hands-on training in a variety of settings, pass the CDR exam, and maintain professional development. Registered dietitians are the only medically approved provider of medical nutrition therapy and nutritional counseling.
There are no training or degree requirements to be a nutritionist. This can lead to misinformation and inappropriate care. Therefore it is essential to work with a registered dietitian when seeking nutrition support for the most comprehensive, evidence-based approach.
